In April 2008, Video Pro was hired to shoot classroom and cold water immersion footage for the production of a water safety program for the National Water Safety Congress.
This was a two day production that involved coordination with the Coast Guard, Fire Rescue Service and numerous volunteers.
In December 2009 Video Pro was on site at Fairport Harbor once again to shoot the second installment "Beyond Cold Water Bootcamp". Temperatures were in the low 20's and wind gusts were 50-60 mph with sleet and freezing rain. The production, however dire the weather, was a success.
"Beyond Cold Water Bootcamp" was shot in high definition on the Sony EX3 camera. Video Pro has been using this format to meet the needs of clients for the past three years.
